I live in Cape Town, that’s the tippy bottom of Africa,in case you didn’t know, with the husband, who works a lot and surfs a little. I am the mother of our two girls and the slave of a presumptuous Burmilla cat. I am a beauty therapist by day job (mainly when the wind blows onshore) and I write eco-romantic suspense stories to chase my dreams. I blend environmental conflict with love stories, which creates a genre I might have made up. My brothers and I were raised in the Eastern Cape (Port Elizabeth) by an American mother and a South African father. I am the eternal optimist & I love chocolate, my pink 9 foot Coreban California wave board & Pearl Jam. I have dabbled in all sorts of water sport and perfected none, including scuba diving, surfski and windsurfing. I have recently, however, become addicted to Stand Up Paddle, and have attempted it in three oceans: Atlantic, Pacific and Indian, with dubious results. I do hope to perfect surfing my Sup soon.
